Price depends on the renovation level: cosmetic from 5 900 CZK/m², standard from 10 900 CZK/m², and premium from 16 900 CZK/m². For a 2-bedroom flat (roughly 55–65 m²), a standard renovation typically costs around 654 000–763 000 CZK before add-on work.
