Price depends on the renovation level: cosmetic from 6 500 CZK/m², standard from 12 900 CZK/m², and premium from 19 900 CZK/m². For a 2-bedroom flat (roughly 55–65 m²), a standard renovation typically costs around 774 000–903 000 CZK before add-on work.

For cosmetic renovations it's usually not necessary; for complete renovations with demolition we recommend not using the flat during the noisy phase.
