The bathroom renovation process
1. Removal — taking out the old sanitary ware, tiling, and debris disposal.
2. Waterproofing — new waterproofing across the whole wet area, essential against future leaks.
3. Plumbing and drainage — new water and waste lines laid out for the new fixture positions.
4. Electrical work — lighting, sockets, and prep for a washing machine or dryer if needed.
5. Tiling — to your chosen material quality.
6. Sanitary ware and fittings — toilet, sink, shower enclosure or bathtub, mirror, and an optional heated towel rail.
